A new brand proposition for Mental Healthcare UK

The challenge

Mental Healthcare UK asked us to help them create a brand proposition, brand pillars, and a strapline which would encapsulate their offering, as one of the UK’s top 50 providers of support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, behaviours that challenge and autism.

Our approach

We held a full day branding workshop with key stakeholders across the business, at the end of which we had agreed a new strapline “Positive outcomes for people” and begun the process of defining the brand pillars. We then created a branding document which summarised the findings of the meeting; much of this description was then used to explain the company’s offering on their website https://mentalhealthcare-uk.com/who-we-are/

We also conducted a whistlestop photoshoot over two days of all locations where the organisation provides care and support across North Wales and North West England. Finally, we designed, wrote and printed folders and brochure/service directory, exhibition stand and pop up banners, plus all office stationery and business cards.

The results

Key stakeholders in the business felt that “positive outcomes for people” really encapsulated the company’s offering. The photography and marketing materials were also warmly received.
